Mi'kmaq treasures on the Mersey
It is being described as one of the most significant discoveries of Mi'kmaq artifacts in Nova Scotia. Hundreds of arrow heads and tools, some of them 8,000 years old, have been found. As Paul Withers explains, the artifacts were preserved only because they lay buried under the waters of the Mersey River for decades. (runs 2:11)
