    Additional Meals information:

* Banquet: This will be a buffet and include: Stuffed Breast of chicken, Backed Scrod with Seasoned crumbs, Sirloin Beef Tips, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Fresh Green Beans, Garden Salad, Assorted Desserts, coffee and tea.

Friday evening meal and Saturday lunch are on your own - many choices in the immediate area.

 

   Field Trips are available on both Friday and Sunday - no need to pre-register to participate in these events.

 

Lodgings:  All lodging for this meeting is at the Mainstay Inn-Best Western in Newport, Rhode Island.  NEARA has secured an unheard of rate of $65.00 per night, plus applicable sales taxes for single &/or double occupancy, triple is $80.00 per night, and quad is $95.00 per night.  When making your reservations, mention that you are a NEARA member and verify that you are receiving these special rates.
