    Additional Meals information:

* Banquet: This will be a buffet and include: Soup of the day; salad; Chef's Choice of Potato or Rice; Fresh Vegetable do Jour; Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast; Tortellini Alfredo Primavera; rolls & butter, desert, coffee & tea.

Friday evening meal and Saturday lunch are on your own - many choices in the immediate area.

 

   Field Trips are available on both Friday and Sunday - no need to pre-register to participate in these events.

 

Lodgings: All lodging for this meeting are at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center in Northampton, Massachusetts.  NEARA has secured a rate of $99.00 per night, plus applicable sales taxes for single or double occupancy, and $109.00 per night, plus applicable sales taxes for triple or quad occupancy.  When you call to make your reservations, mention that you are a NEARA member and verify that you are receiving the special rate.
